Petersfield Town produced a clinical performance to win 6-1 at home to Eversley & California in the Hampshire Senior Cup.

The Rams took the lead after four minutes when George Comben’s cross was slammed home from close range by Tyler Burns.

Petersfield then doubled their advantage in first-half stoppage time through Rocco Miller’s spectacular free-kick.

Comben put the game to bed early in the second half when he slotted home on 47 minutes to make it 3-0.

The Rams scored their fourth of the evening when Comben’s cross was turned into his own net by Conrad Worrell-Scott on 57 minutes.

Petersfield went 5-0 up when Miller’s low effort was saved and Bowerman slotted home the rebound on 68 minutes.

The visitors grabbed a consolation goal a minute later, but the Rams scored their sixth of the night on 87 minutes when Miller fired his effort into the roof of the net.
