COWDRAY Park Ladies captain Tessa Stockwell was the star of the two-day Spring Meeting.

An individual stableford on the Monday was followed by a ‘Triple Six’ the following day. Stockwell recorded the best stableford score on Monday and joined up with Ann Tyrrell to also win on the Tuesday.

The second day ended with a superb lunch, followed by a quiz and prize-giving.

Cowdray Ladies competed in the 2016 Peugeot LGU Coronation Foursomes last week. Results: 1st, Georgie Miller & Jo Fife (36 pts); 2nd, Catherine Staples & Kate O’Kelly (35); 3rd, Mary Bainbridge & Solveig Burton (34). The winners go forward to the area finals.
