HAMPSHIRE Ladies County Golf Association are offering free taster days in their continued attempt to get girls into golf across the county.

Aimed at girls aged between six and 18, the sessions are led by a PGA qualified coach. All equipment will be supplied and casual dress is encouraged.

Following the taster days, six-week starter courses will be available at three clubs in Hampshire (£20 for all six sessions).

The girls can then continue to develop their golf skills at five further monthly sessions held at one of the county’s academy centres during the summer.

The taster days will be held at Tournerbury Golf Club on Sunday, March 18 (9.30am-12.30pm) and at Alresford Golf Club on Saturday, March 24 (12noon-3pm).
