HASLEMERE will bid to complete a league and cup double when they meet Ludlow in the England Hockey Vase final this Sunday. The match (start 1.30pm) will be played at Lee Valley & Tennis Centre, situated on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in London.

Haslemere, the new Hants/Surrey Regional 2 champions, reached the final by beating Nottingham side Boots 3-0 in their semi-final. West Midlands Premier side Ludlow defeated Mid-Sussex 3-2 in the other semi-final.

Back in the 2001-02 season, Haslemere beat Mill Hill 2-0 at Milton Keynes to win the Vase.
