DRENNAN Bordon angler Matt Barnett, who developed his passion for fishing when competing in the MBK Leisures matches for youngsters, was the special guest at the latest junior open match, held at Coloured Ponds, Rake last Saturday.

The results were as follows:

13-17 years – 1st, Nathan Blackwell 30-0-0; 2nd, Ethan Etherington 15-14-0; 3rd, Chris Smith 12-0-0.

9-12 years – 1st, Ethan Sanders 10-0-0; 2nd, Freddie Bacon 9-6-0; 3rd, Jessica Carter 8-15-0.

Under 9 – 1st, Skye Bacon 7-2-0; 2nd, Ethan Spiers 6-14-0; 3rd Henry Stevens 4-7-0.
