STORM clouds hung over Aldershot on Saturday, but thunder and lightning failed to shock Dean Holdsworth's men into action as the Shots lost at home for the second time in five days.

Last season's League Two play-off runners-up, Cheltenham Town, were the profiteers on this occasion, Sean Harrad notching a 72nd-minute winner after an electrical storm suspended play during the first half.

It was frustrating for Aldershot, who were more than a match for the Robins over the 90 minutes, and manager Dean Holdsworth bemoaned his side's luck afterwards.

"For 99 per cent of that game I was very happy and the performance was excellent. I don't think we deserved to lose," said the Shots boss.
