Petersfield Rugby Club’s investment in young player development took a new direction last weekend as newly qualified referees and U15 players Mattie Currie and Joseph Chads officiated at the County U9 Festival at Penns Place. Sporting their new Petersfield Referees Society shirts, the pair ran pool and semi-final matches to a high standard.
