ALDERSHOT Town and Plymouth Argyle share a common history in many ways.
Both have risen from the ashes of financial ruin and both live in proud proximity to the British Armed Forces – Aldershot's home of the army matched by Plymouth's historic naval base.
But whereas the Shots this season celebrate their 20th year since reforming and possess a genuine sense of optimism, the dust has barely settled on the Pilgrims' unhappy saga.
This is their first administration-free season for three years and the Devon club is still sweeping up the debris.
