ALDERSHOT'S travel sickness returned in debilitating fashion to consign them to a third away defeat of the season on Tuesday.

Taking a frustratingly similar path to the previous losses at Salisbury and Southport, Andy Scott's side were second best in every area for the vast majority of a physical game, during which Welling played to their aerial strengths to good effect.

"We're not getting beaten, we're beating ourselves," said an exasperated Scott.
