Four men have been arrested following a reported burglary in Aldershot during the early hours of Monday, May 6.

Police were called at 1.06am after a property on Croft Road was accessed and car keys were reported stolen from inside the address.

Officers attended the scene and observed a group of males running along Coronation Road. One man was arrested at the scene. A second man was later located and arrested on Boxalls Lane, and a short time afterward, two additional males were arrested on Lower Farnham Road.

Although the stolen car keys were not recovered, other items believed to have been taken were found in the area. These included shoes, sunglasses, and a bank card suspected to have been stolen from a car on Coronation Road.

The following arrests have been made:

  • A 23-year-old man from Camberley, arrested on suspicion of burglary dwelling – with intent to steal, and conspiring to commit a burglary dwelling with intent to steal.
  • A 22-year-old man from Aldershot, arrested on suspicion of burglary dwelling – with intent to steal, and conspiring to commit a burglary dwelling with intent to steal.
  • An 18-year-old man from Aldershot, arrested on suspicion of burglary dwelling – with intent to steal, conspiring to commit a burglary dwelling with intent to steal, and obstructing or resisting a constable in the execution of duty.
  • A 16-year-old boy from Aldershot, arrested on suspicion of burglary dwelling – with intent to steal.

All four suspects remain in custody as the investigation continues.

Officers are appealing for any witnesses or relevant footage from the area at the time of the incident.
