* Phaeon Marketing Services Ltd, of Scotlands Close, Haslemere, was fined £440, ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £113.75 and £200 costs on June 12 after pleading guilty to using an un-taxed vehicle at Dacorum, Hertfordshire, on November 16, 2018.

* Andrew Blackman, 36, of Parsonage Cottages, Oxenbourne, was fined £145, told to pay £30 compensation and £200 costs on June 12 after pleading guilty to driving a car that did not meet the insurance requirements of section 144A of the Road Traffic Act 1988 at Petersfield on February 5, 2019.

* Joshua Hutchings, 25, of High Street, Camberley, was fined £220, told to pay a total of £35.40 compensation and £160 costs on June 17 after being proven guilty of travelling on a railway without a ticket at Farnham station on January 31.

* Hollie Kasapis, 19, of West Street, Epsom, was fined £220, told to pay a total of £40.70 compensation and £160 costs on June 17 after being proved guilty of travelling on a railway without a ticket at Farnham station on January 31.

* James Charles Kayes, 29, of Rivermead Road, Camberley, was fined £220, told to pay a total of £35.90 compensation and £160 costs on June 17 after being proved guilty of travelling on a railway without a ticket at Farnham station on January 31.

* David Toomey, 37, of Wandsworth, London, was fined £280, told to pay a total of £44.80 compensation and £160 costs on June 17 after being proved guilty of travelling on a railway without a ticket at Farnham station on January 7.

Aldershot Magistrates’ Court

* Kelly Marie Matthews 24, of Coniston Road, Bordon, was disqualified from driving for six months, fined a total of £180, told to pay £30 compensation and £20 costs on June 4 after pleading guilty to driving without insurance or a full licence in Savile Crescent, Bordon, on January 25.

* Camila Ann Lightening, 50, of Jubilee Drive, Church Crookham, was fined £40, told to pay £30 compensation, £85 costs and her driving licence endorsed with three points on June 3 ater pleading guilty to driving 58mph in a 50mph limit on the A287 Farnham Road, Mill Lane, Crondall, on September 22, 2018.

* Luke Ojugbana, 25, of Gravesend, Kent, was fined a total of £200, told to pay £30 compensation, £85 costs and his driving licence was endorsed with six points on June 3 after pleading guilty to driving an uninsured car without an MOT or a valid licence in Draymans Way, Alton, on December 13, 2018.

* Sarah Jane Stoddart, 36, of Rosings Grove, Medstead, was fined a total of £666, told to pay £30 compensation, £85 costs and her licence was endorsed with three points on June 3 after pleading guilty to driving 89mph in a 70mph limit on the A31 near Bentley without a valid licence on November 14, 2018.

* Lisa Kathleen Williams, 50, of Branson Road, Bordon, was fined £220, told to pay £30 compensation, £85 costs and her driving licence was endorsed with three points on June 6 after being proved guilty of driving at 37mph in a 30mph limit in School Lane, Bentley, on December 12, 2018.

* Roger Michael Mabbott, 70, of Woolmer Lane, Bramshott, was fined £192, told to pay £30 compensation, £85 costs and his driving licence endorsed with three points on June 6 after pleading guilty to driving 82mph in a 70mph limit on the A34 in Whitchurch on November 6, 2018.

* Eden Katie Jane Blake, 24, of Barham Road, Petersfield, was fined £50, told to pay £30 compensation, £20 costs and her driving licence endorsed with three points on June 6 after pleading guilty to driving 38mph in a 30mph limit in Bell Hill, Petersfield, on November 18, 2018.

* Matthew Cowell, 50, of Hazelbank Close, Liphook, was fined £40, told to pay £30 compensation and £100 costs on June 10 after pleading guilty to owning a vehicle that did not meet the insurance requirements of section 144A of the Road Traffic Act 1988 in Pulborough on October 3, 2018.

* Joe Hixon, 30, of Admers Crescent, Liphook, was fined £70, told to pay £30 compensation and £100 costs after pleading guilty to owning a vehicle that did not meet the insurance requirements of section 144A of the Road Traffic Act 1988 in Guildford on April 17, 2018.

* Chiedzo Zakeo, 41, of Oakhurst Drive, Four Marks, was disqualified from driving for six months, fined £660, told to pay £66 compensation and £85 costs on June 11 after being proved guilty of failing to identify the driver of a car alleged to have travelled 35mph in a 30mph limit on the B3004 Cakers Lane, East Worldham, on October 19, 2018.

Staines Magistrates’ Court

* Samson Joseph Sullivan, 26, of Hillside Close, Alton, was disqualified from driving for two years on June 12 after pleading guilty to driving an uninsured car while already disqualified from driving on the A31 Farnham Bypass on December 11, 2018.

Sullivan was also handed a community order requiring him to complete a 19 day Thinking Skills Programme, told to pay £85 compensation and £85 costs.

He also admitted stealing a pie, cake and cans of energy drinks from The Co-Op store in Fareham on March 10, breaching a conditional discharge order, but no further action was taken.
