A MASSIVE political row has broken out at East Hampshire District Council over policies that are seen by some as leaving Lib Dem strongholds like Alton out in the cold.
Sparked by the issue of car parking charges, the row has been further fuelled by a decision, by ruling Tories, to award themselves an early Christmas bonus.
