SOUTH Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust is urging job seekers, people looking to return to work after a career break, or people looking to begin the new year with a new challenge to come to its headquarters in Otterbourne tomorrow for a recruitment day.
The event, which runs from 10am to 2pm at Southern House, on Sparrowgrave, is organised on a drop-in basis and will give people the chance to find out what jobs are currently available, and chat to existing Trust staff to discover what it’s like to work for one of the country’s best ambulance services.
There will also be opportunities to see live demonstrations and a selection of Trust vehicles, and meet a human resources representative who can give advice on how to apply vacancies.
Experts will also be on hand to chat to students currently studying for, or considering their subject options at, GCSE and A-Level.
The Trust currently has a number of emergency and non-emergency roles open, as well as clinical and non-clinical vacancies, located at the Trust’s headquarters in Otterbourne, or at one of the Trust’s 15 ambulance stations and resource centres in Hampshire.
It provides emergency care for Hampshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.
