THE chairman of the Farnham Society has laid the blame for an incident in which a pensioner was seriously injured beneath an HGV at the door of the highway authorities, planners and politicians.
The head of the town's watchdog body has attacked the authorities for years of failing to heed concerns and called for urgent action now "to deal with the appalling traffic arrangements within Farnham town Ccentre before there is another tragic occurrence".
