THE campaign to get heavy traffic out of Farnham moved a step forward last week after Surrey County Council's cabinet member for transport assured that the county's highways and transport services had been asked to make HGV issues in Farnham a priority.
The three county councillors representing Farnham – Denise Le Gal, Pat Frost and David Munro – formally asked the cabinet member for transport, Ian Lake, to come forward with firm plans to deal with the issue.
