BATTLE lines are being drawn up over possible future development in the town following new comments made by the town's watchdog on the impact of proposals for up to 600 new homes.
Three reserve housing sites on the fringes of the town centre are being included in draft briefs drawn up for East Hampshire District Council planners as part of its development blueprint for the future.
