The property, a vacant six-bedroom Edwardian period house, is arranged over four storeys and requires internal and external work to be carried out.

The ground floor of the house comprises three reception rooms, a kitchen diner, and a utility room. The basement level features two rooms that could be used as offices. The first and second floor comprises six bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Keffolds is a historic building, built in 1905 by the local architect and builder Herbert Hutchinson for a Commander Henderson Royal Navy.
