Exciting times lie ahead for Tavola Di Famiglia, which is set to open its doors in Farnham at the end of September.

The family-run restaurant, founded by brothers Sam and Jamie Haworth, is expected to open on Thursday, September 25 in The Borough, just in time for the Farnham Food Festival, an event they are eager to be part of.

Jamie will oversee the hospitality side, bringing with him and his team decades of industry experience.

Meanwhile, Sam, drawing on his finance background, will manage the business operations.

Construction crews are busy transforming the former Jack & Alice wine bar into a warm, welcoming space that captures the rustic charm of Tuscan Italy.

For Sam, who lives in Farnham, the new venture feels like fate.

He said: “I was wandering through town one day with my family, walking past this building and wondering if we could open our second restaurant here. Next thing you know, the wheels started turning and we were in the process of moving in.”

The local buzz has only added to their excitement.

“From the people I’ve spoken to, it’s the talk of the town and everyone is excited about what we can bring.

“We want to create a true family dining experience. As a father, I know how challenging it can be to take children out, so we want to make it easier—affordable, welcoming, and authentic.

“We’ll be making fresh pasta in-house and serving traditional Tuscan dishes, not just pizzas.”

Jamie said: “We believe we offer something different from other Mediterranean restaurants in Farnham. Many broaden their menus under the term ‘Mediterranean,’ whereas we’re staying true to authentic Tuscan cuisine.”

With their passion, authenticity, and community spirit, Tavola Di Famiglia looks set to become a new favourite on Farnham’s dining scene.
