The task force behind Farnham’s plans to introduce a Business Improvement District in the town have organised a series of drop-in events to help spread the word.
The idea is that anyone interested in learning more about the BID process and how it can benefit the town – especially businesses within the BID zone – can have their questions answered.
The drop-in sessions are:
- Today (Thursday, August 3): The Bush Hotel, from 4pm to 6pm.
- Wednesday, August 9: The Maltings, from midday to 2pm.
- Thursday, August 10: The Wine Yard in Lion and Lamb Yard, from 4pm to 6pm.
No booking is required – people are welcome to turn up on the day.
The task group has been working on a business plan which will determine how the BID revenue will be spent over the next five years, if traders in the town centre vote to launch the project.
