THE threat of closure looms over Bordon and Whitehill's Citizen Advice Bureau after the refusal of East Hampshire District Council to give the organisation any more cash.
An application for a grant of £3,000 to fund the bureau's training programme for its volunteers was rejected by the district council's north east area community committee.
