THE chairman of Kingsley Parish Council is looking for people to become parish councillors and stand for election in May.

But Mary Herbert reminded potential candidates about the role of a parish councillor, saying: "Councillors need to look at the bigger picture – what events are taking place elsewhere and how might they affect our residents and our community."
