EAST Hampshire district councillors are likely to be forced to give the go-ahead to controversial plans for Churcher's new junior school despite grave concerns over the safety of children.
Two traffic experts have declared that Churcher's Love Lane access proposals are safe and unless councillors can come up with evidence to the contrary, they will have to approve the plan.
