THE owners of a Badshot Lea quarry field have been left with a bill of thousands of pounds after a group of between 20 and 30 gipsy families used it as a "toilet and a tipping ground".
And a Rushmoor councillor has criticised Waverley Borough Council for its apparent lack of action in getting rid of the travellers, who made residents' lives a misery for more than two weeks.
