The accident happened at about 8-30 am at the entrance to the Le Court residential home.
The woman is said to have been travelling in the direction of Greatham when she lost control on a right-hand bend, and the car overturned into a nearside ditch.
She suffered slight neck and back injuries, and was taken to the Queen Alexandra Hospital in Cosham.

This is the sixth accident in three weeks on the road, one of which resulted in a fatality.
