WITH just two weeks to go before the plans to build more than 200 new homes on one of the most contentious sites on the edge of town hits the top of the agenda for East Hampshire District Council, developers have once again outlined its controversial plans for the almost 30-acre site.

The public consultation period closed last month for comments on the outline application and EHDC's southern planning committee will debate the proposals on December 2.
