A FARNHAM woman's £6m damages claim, over a private swimming pool accident in 2006 which left her paralysed, has concluded in the High Court.

Kylie Grimes, of Stephendale Road, who was 18 at the time of the tragic accident and is now 23, is suing David Hawkins, the father of a former friend and owner of the 30 foot pool into which she dived during a late-night party.
