Ebb&Flow Yoga in Farnham has celebrated its first birthday.

Located on West Street above Space NK, Ebb&Flow Yoga offers more than 40 yoga, hot yoga, Pilates and Barre classes per week for students as a drop in or a membership. It opens at 6.15am and closes at 9pm.

Specialist workshops and masterclasses help everyone from beginners to advanced practitioners to keep healthy and fit using low-impact exercise.

Ebb&Flow’s holistic approach enables both men and women to practice meditation and mindfulness, giving positive energy and melting the stress away, while its on-site nutritional therapist provides practical advice to help everyone feel better from the inside out.

It has also expanded during its first year to offer classes such as yoga for teens, yoga for tight men, and even ballet.

Sister company Ebb&Flow Retreats, born out of a request from Ebb&Flow’s community to be able to get away from the normal daily life stresses, has now hosted two retreats this year.

Creative business leaders are embracing the mental health and wellbeing of their teams and workforce in order to handle the rising stress levels and ongoing demand for sustainable innovation.

Ebb&Flow’s online platform is due to launch early next year, with a wide variety of yoga, mediation classes and courses for both the home user and businesses.

The classes range from five to 125 minutes, allowing participants to fit yoga and mindfulness into their day where ever they are.

To celebrate its first birthday, Ebb&Flow gave away goodie bags, gifts and vouchers to all students at each of its classes on October 16.

Managing director Jill Simpson said: “Our classes have been so well supported since we opened. The team at Ebb&Flow has grown too and there’s been so much support from our community. We are overwhelmed with how many people are loving the yoga, Pilates and Barre casses we offer. It’s been such a wonderful 12 months.”
