WHITEHILL Town Council is "delighted" that Bordon-Whitehill is set to become an eco-town, although it has some reservations.
A statement, issued by clerk Trish Bell said: "As a council, we made the decision to support the eco-town bid submitted by East Hampshire District Council, but with various provisos, which are that a habitat regulation assessment be undertaken before the development of up to 5,500 homes."
