EAST Hampshire District Council's share of the council tax bill is set to stay at £127.67 for a band D property for the fourth year running.
Leader Ferris Cowper said: "I am delighted to recommend a further year of frozen council tax because we are determined to keep the burden on local taxpayers as low as possible.
