Farnham singer, musician and songwriter Vic Cracknell is stepping out on stage with his Vic's Jazz Friends group for two gigs in his home town this month.
On June 13 they will be in the line-up as a three-piece at the very popular Music At The Pottery night at Farnham Pottery.
Also on the bill that night will be the Hedge Inspectors, Alex Roberts and London singer-songwriter Little Lore.
Tickets, priced £15, are available from the Farnham Pottery website at www.thefarnhampottery.co.uk
Then with a full five-piece line-up, Vic's Jazz Friends will be performing a special Summer Jazz Night at Birdies at Farnham Park Golf Club on June 28.
The gig will be on the outdoor stage, with seating areas in the stretch tent with views over Farnham Park and the golf course.
The music will include a swinging selection of classic jazz tunes, some bossa nova and a few of Vic's original songs.
The line-up features Vic on vocals, with Andy Sturmey - who has played with Elton John, George Michael, Diana Ross and many others - on piano, Stacey Dawson on alto saxophone, Joe Yeadon on double bass and Tony Dancer on drums.

He plays piano and guitar, and covers a wide repertoire of well-known songs from classic pop to the swinging Great American Songbook and more. Vic has released four albums on streaming platforms.
Vic performs solo, in the Vic Cracknell Swing Band when the playlist is for jive and rock ’n’ roll dancing, and in Vic’s Jazz Friends when it’s time for relaxed swinging jazz standards.
