PROPERTY values in Wrecclesham could fall by as much as 50 per cent if the Alton Road sandpit is re-opened by RMC Ltd.
That is the view of specialist environmental and planning lawyer Phil Shiner, who is being employed by TRASH Campaign Ltd, recently formed by members of Wrecclesham and District Residents' Association.
