A HOMEOWNER who decided to move his fence after he moved in has opened a can of works in relation toplanning law.

Mr Pyne, who lives in Huron Drive overlooking an area of public space behind Sainsbury's, found the previous owner of the property had expanded the size of his garden without permission.
