LINDFORD Village Hall's inaugural fete has been a resounding success.

More than 400 people flocked to the village for a day of fun which included myriad stalls, a merry-go-round, a visit by the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance, circle dancing, and puppets from Headley.
