PHYLLIS Tuckwell Hospice has been plagued by a spate of fly-tipping, costing the charity hundreds of pounds in rubbish disposal fees. The hospice has reported numerous occasions in recent weeks where people have left items outside its furniture showroom and donation centre, in Dogflud Way in Farnham, overnight or at the weekend. Staff at the showroom have then arrived at work the next morning to find the car park area outside the building littered with unwanted items, many of which are unsaleable or have been weather damaged because of being left outside overnight, and have to be taken to the dump.
