IN A new twist to the long-running Earthworks saga, former projects manager Peter Briant revealed that he is to take his case for unfair dismissal to the Employment Tribunal.
Mr Briant, who worked at the sustainability centre in East Meon for nearly two years, said a preliminary hearing had taken place this week and a date, understood to be October 4, has been fixed for a further hearing.
