A FORMER nurse from Farnham is hopeful of exhibiting for a second time at the RHS Hampton Court Flower Show next summer - but urgently needs a sponsor.

Liz Smith founded Nettles & Petals Design in 2009 following a career in nursing. She initially specialised in garden maintenance but, at the request of clients, expanded into design two years ago after completing a course at Merrist Wood College.

She won a silver-gilt medal at the first time of asking for her ‘city garden’ at last year’s Hampton Court show and, with the help of colleague Darren Lincoln, has set her sights on again exhibiting in July 2018.
