A FULL planning application has been submitted to East Hampshire District Council by a gypsy family for land to the east of Devil's Lane in Liphook.

The Keets family, from Farncombe, recently erected a chalet-style house in a field next to two large stable blocks, causing concern among neighbours who immediately formed an action group.
