Provisional plans to build up to five homes on a wooded site in south Farnham have been handed to Waverley Borough Council.
Caroline Martin, Philippa Melhuish and Michael Codd have earmarked land west of Gardener’s Hill Road in Boundstone for two to five homes.
The trio are seeking “permission in principle” to develop a site north of the property on the corner of Frensham Court with more detailed plans being submitted if approval is granted.
A mix of one and two-bedroom housing has been provisionally proposed for the heavily wooded area. The applicants insist the scheme will boost the borough’s housing supply and point to the nearby 43-home Baker Oates development as a precedent.
