AN artist in residence from the University for the Creative Arts at Farnham has won the UK's top millinery competition.

Emma Yeo, who works with students on the BA (Hons) Textiles, BA (Hons) Product & Interactive Design and BA (Hons) 3D Design, picked up the award at the home of lavish hats, Royal Ascot.
