Plans to build a pair of four-bedroom houses on the site of Kelsey's Surgery have been submitted to East Hampshire District Council.
The Mill Road site has become abandoned and overgrown since its doctors move to the village's Riverside Surgery three years ago.
An outline plan for 10 flats was submitted by Jacobs and Hunt in 2008 but was refused by officers for being cramped and confined.
The latest plan for two detached homes has been submitted by James Hargreaves, of Bordon-based Project 26.
