FRIMLEY Park Hospital has apologised to a seven-year old boy who had to wiat 19 months for an operation.
The boy, who has not been named, could have expected to wait no more than 12 weeks for the minor procedure , but a note for his admission was mistakenly filed away and only came to light when the boy's case notes were examined when his mother saw his GP.
