A GYPSY family living in a caravan in Headley are staying put after landowner Robert Anthony decided to risk an enforcement order rather than make them leave.

East Hampshire District Council's planning and compliance manager, Lesley Wells, issued an official notice giving Mr Anthony until January 17 to move the family out of his wood as he has not got planning permission for the caravan.
