CHILDREN supported by Farnham charity Change of Scene were given a sneak preview of Squire’s Garden Centre’s Christmas circus ‘Santa’s Got Talent’ last Friday.

Change of Scene, which provides respite, educational and leisure facilities for disadvantaged children aged six to 18 years old, was chosen as the Badshot Lea-based garden centre’s charity of the year in September.

On November 25, youngsters from the charity were joined by the Mayor and Mayoress of Waverley, Christopher and Judith Storey, for a special preview of the circus.

They enjoyed acts such as knife throwing, trapeze, sword balancing and even an eight feet-tall dancing polar bear, and afterwards the children got to meet Santa and received an early Christmas present.

Santa surprised a lot of little faces again on Saturday when he arrived at Squire’s in a horse drawn carriage. He will be back this Saturday, December 3, arriving to greet children (for free) at 10am.

Real reindeer will also make an appearance at Squire’s in Badshot Lea from 9am to 2pm on Saturday, December 3, and on Sunday, December 4 from 10.30am to 3.30pm.
