A WOMAN has won her battle to build a new two-storey home in the garden of her existing property, just off the B3004, on the edge of the Common in Sandy Lane at Kingsley.
While not a planning consideration, Miranda Orwell told East Hampshire District Council's North Planning Committee that Rose Villa - the house she had occupied for the past 30 years, was now too big for her but that a smaller house in the grounds would enable her to continue living where she does.
