STAFF at Champney's health farm at Forest Mere organised a special pampering day for two flight lieutenants from RAF Odiham, before one of them left for Afghanistan.

Flt Lt Leigh Shaughnessy, a media communications officer at the air base, whose husband Mike is a part of an RAF Chinook helicopter crew, is due to leave for Kandahar airbase on Thursday, October 15, and will not return until the end of February.
