Surrey law firm expands specialist expertise with PainSmith acquisitionNorth Hampshire magistrates sentenced Ashley Austin, 31, of no fixed abode, to 26 weeks in prison after driving under the influence of drugs and failing to provide a blood sample.
Mr Austin pleaded guilty at Aldershot Magistrates Court on January 4 to stealing a Volkswagen car at Hill Brow Road in Liss on November 14 and driving without insurance or a licence. He was disqualified from holding a licence for three years.
He also admitted to breaking into Lindford Working Men's Club on November 14.
James Hunniset, 27, was sentenced to 23 weeks for being in possession of a knife in Hill Brow Road, and stealing a laptop, camera and tools from a flat in Portsmouth. Charges relating to a stolen car in Lindford were dropped.
The court heard that the men were taking drugs together on November 14 when they were arrested.
