BRIGADIER Will Anderson, the man who originally proposed that the town buy and save the Farnham Maltings, has died at the age of 94.
As well as being among those who took up cudgels and supervised the conversion of the Maltings in 1968, Brig Anderson was also one of the town's major road campaigners.
A full version of this story can be found in the Farnham Herald of September 3.
