A £3 MILLION modern mansion in Compton Way, Farnham, has scooped a prestigious UK Property Award 2015 for its designer, luxury property developer Searchfield Homes.

Spring Hill, a five-bedroom home set in approximately one acre of mature landscaped gardens in the exclusive Moor Park estate south east of Farnham, won the Best Single Property in Surrey award for 2015.
The managing director of Searchfield Homes, Andrew Searchfield, said: “It’s a great feeling to know that something we created is recognised as being the very best there is. I’m absolutely delighted.”
Searchfield Homes, based in The Sands, is currently undertaking restoration work at Grade II listed Heron Court in Ford Lane, Lower Bourne, having secured Listed Building Consent from Waverley Borough Council.
The developer has also secured permission for an extension to the 18th century house while a number of planning applications are pending for either one or two new houses in the garden of Heron Court.
