ANGER has been expressed by Bordon and Whitehill's town mayor after East Hampshire District Council planning officers recommended planning permission should be refused for 50 homes on the Moorlands Site.
Developers Thamesway have failed to supply the district council with a variety of reports on issues such as traffic and the environment, which has led to planners making the recommendation. But town mayor Neil Ockenden believed planners should have waited until they were in receipt of all the information before they made their decision.
