EAST Hampshire MP Damian Hinds was among ministers recalled to Parliament this week to deal with the rioting on the streets of London and in cities across the country.

Mr Hinds said: "We have all been utterly shocked, horrified at the criminality we have seen on Britain's streets. It is not just the violence and destruction, but the sheer number of marauding youths involved."
